Thank you for shopping at The Pink Peony! We want your shopping experience to be as easy and enjoyable as possible. Below is a summary of our shipping policy. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and your location.
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available at checkout)

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping location. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $150 (before taxes and shipping fees) within the continental United States.

Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

Missing or Lost Packages

The Pink Peony is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. Address Changes

Please make sure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
